RJH is happy to welcome Savannah Dilley to our talented team of engineers! Savannah specializes in water resources engineering and has experience in H&H modeling, dam breach analysis and consequences, and civil and hydrological surveying. Savannah is originally from Montesano, Washington, and earned her M.S. in environmental and water engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
